Burza vedomostí očami dobrovoľníka – organizátora

Burza vedomostí – názov krásne vystihol akciu. Hneď ma ohúrila miestna panujúca atmosféra plná kreativity.
Začínali sme v budove ŠpmndaG na Skalickej 1. Stanoviská si pripravili žiaci tejto školy podľa seba – nielen s teóriou, ale i praktickými časťami, príbehmi a úlohami. Aj keď pôvodne sa akcia zameriava na „základniarov“, absolútne nevadilo, že sa chodili pozerať aj starší žiaci, práve vďaka pestrosti tém. Žiaci boli zvedaví, kreatívni a výborne sa s nimi pracovalo. Boli zhovorčiví a nebáli sa pýtať. Páčil sa im spôsob podávania informácií a niektorí, keď budú starší, si chcú dokonca vyskúšať mať vlastné stanovisko.
Medzi obľúbené stanoviská patril najmä chemický stánok s praktickými ukážkami – už len to je pozoruhodné, lebo väčšinu deti z iných škôl chémia nebaví a majú z nej zlé známky. Už len tu vidno, aké divy dokáže kreativita s pozornosťou žiakov. Nepochváliť nejde ani výber tém – bol neskutočný, nikto sa tam nestratil. Psychológia, biológia, chémia, hlavolamy, jazyky, recitácia, umenie… Žiaci boli nadšení z praktických ukážok a v interview nám povedali, aké nové fakty sa dozvedeli.
Organizátori z jedného z najnavštevovanejších stánkov podujatia
Tým, že sme sa nachádzali v budove školy, aj učitelia využili svoje voľné chvíle, aby sa prišli pozrieť ako žiaci, ktorých učia už dlhé roky sa popasujú z ich povolaním. Učiteľ Mgr. Ivan Stodola (učí: dejepis, občianska náuka, seminár z psychológie) sa sám vyjadril, že obdivuje kolegyňu, ktorá toto celé zorganizovala, lebo na učiteľoch ako ona, stojí školstvo. Je známy interaktívnymi hodinami a rozhovormi k téme na nich, tak si nevedel vynachváliť spôsob výučby nielen pre žiakov, ktorí sa chodili pozerať, ale aj pochvaľoval rozvoj „žiakov prednášajúcich“ – žiak sa tak najviac naučí.
Po dvanástej hodine sa niektoré stanoviska presunuli ďalej do Polusu, aby sme možnosť prísť dali aj iným deťom ako naším žiakom. V priestoroch Digipointu sa vytvorila veľmi útulná a priateľská atmosféra. Aj keď niektoré stanoviská v Poluse chýbali kvôli veľkosti priestorov, naďalej ostalo široké spektrum ponúkaných tém. Z akcie vyžarovalo, že žiaci tu nie sú pre typ učenia ako v škole, ale spoznávajú nové témy a témy, ktoré ich zaujímajú. Ako deti zo základných škôl, tak aj menšie deti si tu našli svoje. Či už v podobe úloh pre nich alebo predmetov súvisiacich s témou. Celá akcia bola aj moderovaná, pýtali sa otázky učiteľov, detí, rodičov… a púšťali sa prezentačné videá na projektore. Priestory Digipointu v Polus City Center.
Neskôr prišla pani riaditeľka ŠpmndaG, zakladateľka projektu Aprogen – PhDr. Jolana Laznibatová, CSc., ktorá podporuje akcie charakteru ako Burza vedomostí – rozvíjať deti aj týmto spôsobom považuje za potrebné a je nadšená, že opäť vyšla akcia tohoto charakteru zo strany nášho učiteľského vzoru. A ani rodičia detí neoľutovali príchod. Zdieľali názor, že je to veľmi pekná akcia a tešili sa, že ich deti spoznajú aj niečo iné a nové.

Uvoľnená atmosféra a možnosť výberu a vedenie deti ku kreatívnemu vzdelávaniu nám na Slovensku príde potláčané, preto sú tieto akcie skvelá príležitosť ako vzdelávať obe strany – menšie deti a aj tie so stanoviskami. Nemali by sme zabúdať na akcie pre deti – však oni sú naša budúcnosť – ale aj preto, lebo si ľudia odnesú pozitívny zážitok a nové informácie a som si istá, že to za to stojí. Počúvala som organizátorov, ktorí sa zhodli, že aj keď niektoré veci bolo treba urobiť narýchlo, skvelo sa zmobilizovali. Nielen spájanie kolektívu pri rozumnej aktivite je výhoda – detské otázky sú niekedy náročné a vedieť odpovedať si vyžaduje premýšľanie, hlbšie pochopenie témy a taktiež chápanie potreby ovládať princíp „od jednoduchého k zložitému“, lebo ak vieme vysvetľovať danú tému, naozaj jej rozumieme, nie sme ju len nabifľovaní. Deťom chýbajú akcie, kde môžu zapojiť kreativitu, preto oceňujem, že práve táto škola robí podobné podujatia na pravidelnej báze. Ako som už spomínala, tento nápad je veľmi vydarený, výhodný pre všetky strany a oplatí sa zažiť akciu ako bola Burza vedomostí.
